Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By using English Engage: Inglés Fácil you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or its services.

2. Educational service

The app offers content to learn and practice English: lessons, exercises, listening, vocabulary, statistics and progress tracking. The content is for educational purposes and does not guarantee specific results, official certifications or equivalence with accredited courses.

3. Account and access

You can use some features without an account or sign in with available providers. You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, device, and login provider credentials. You must use truthful information and not impersonate third parties.

We may suspend or limit access if we detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized automated use, attempted security breaches, or violations of these terms.

4. Permitted use

• Do not copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit the app or its content without authorization.
• Do not attempt to access third-party systems, data, or accounts without permission.
• Do not interfere with the operation of the app, stores, servers or providers.
• Do not use the app for activities that are illegal, harmful or that infringe the rights of third parties.

5. Premium, purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play or Apple App Store, depending on the platform. Prices, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are managed according to the conditions of the corresponding store.

If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically unless you cancel it from your Google Play or Apple account before expiration. Deleting the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription in the store.

6. Intellectual property

The app, the brand, design, texts, exercises, structure, images, code and other content are the property of their owners or are used under license. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third party services

The app integrates with services such as Firebase, Google, Apple, Google Play, App Store and Cloudflare, including Cloudflare R2, for authentication, data, purchasing, distribution, hosting, security and content delivery. The use of these services may be subject to the conditions and policies of each provider.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep the app available and up to date, but there may be interruptions, errors or changes in features, content or availability. We may modify, suspend or withdraw parts of the Service when necessary for technical, legal, security or product reasons.

9. Responsibility

The app is offered as available. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data, interruptions, failures of third-party providers or decisions made based on educational content.

10. Deregistration and elimination

You can stop using the app at any time and request the deletion of your account from the app or from Delete account. Account deletion is not a substitute for canceling active subscriptions with Apple or Google.
